SHIPPING
When you place your order we will process it as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind our bags are handmade and may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information alerting you that your order is on it's way.
RETURNS
At Passchal, the quality of our handcrafted products and the satisfaction of our customers is of up most importance to us.
Products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase with receipt for a refund or exchange less shipping and handling fees. A 20% Re-stocking fee will be charged to all merchandise that is returned.
All returns must include a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA),which is supplied by us. Please call 888.618.8619 or email us at passchal@comcast.net for a RMA number. We will refuse shipment if there is no RMA or the returned package does not conform to the requirements above.
Please be sure to ship your item by traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

We will NOT sell, share or rent our customer information to other companies or organizations for ANY reason. Any information gathered by us is used solely to deliver your purchase.
OUR GUARANTEE
All Passchal products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, Passchal will either repair or replace the defective products.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Passchal Products. This warranty is for 50,000 miles or life, whichever comes first!
SALES TAX
Because we are located in Virginia, all orders shipped to addresses in Virginia are subject to 5% sales tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.
